S.No.2 Clarification on Tendering Document for Construction of Dairi Lead-Zinc Mine Underground Development System

 

根据达瑞铅锌矿井下生产系统开拓工程的招标文件及相关投标单位提出的疑问，现对招标文件做出以下内容的澄清：

To answer questions from bidders about the tender documents for Construction of Dairi Lead-Zinc Mine Underground Development System, clarifications are thus made as follows:

1.     工作范围 Scope of Work

两个标段的工作范围应包括相应的技术服务，包括但不限于地质编录，测量，地下水文观测，及相应的图纸绘制和报告编制等。

The scope of work should involve the technical service, including but not limited to geological logging, survey, hydrogeological observation, relevant drawing and reports, etc.

 

2.     工程量清单报价Quotation of Bill of Quantities

两个标段的HSE费用均需单独报价，采用固定费率，为工程量清单报价总价的1.5%，请按照附件更新后的工程量清单填报。

The HSE Cost of the two bidding sections shall be quoted separately, with a fixed rate of 1.5% of the total price quoted in the bill of quantities. Please fill in according to the updated bill of quantities in the attachment.

3.     掘进断面规格The Excavation Cross-section Size

招标文件附件1 Scope of work （1.4节）中关于超挖的描述是“Over excavation shall be less than 5% from designed size, under excavation should be rectified.”变更为：“掘进断面应符合表1、表2、表3的要求，允许偏差范围外的超挖或欠挖均应整改”。

The description of over excavation in annex 1 Scope of work (section 1.4) of the bidding document is “Over excavation shall be less than 5% from designed size, under excavation should be rectified.” It Change to:” The cross-section size shall meet the requirements of table 1, table 2 and table 3, and the overexcavation or underexcavation beyond the allowable deviation shall be rectified.”
